Matt Baird-Torney
Head Coach
CoEd Varsity Track
Matt Baird-Torney is entering his second year as coach of the Track & Field and Boys’ Varsity Basketball teams. Matt was a former three-sport athlete at rival school, Fall Mountain. While at FM, Matt received All-State and New England Champions recognition. He also played in several Final Four games as well as a Class I Championship game.
Matt worked in the Health and Human Services field for many years, is a previous business owner and has twice run for the New Hampshire Legislature.
In his first year as coach, Matt helped lead the basketball team to the 2nd round of the playoffs where they lost a 3-point contest to the #2 seed. The Track team won several regular season meets and qualified an impressive 14 athletes for their Division 3 State Meet.
Matt looks to improve upon these results in the upcoming Winter and Spring seasons.
