Ryan Seaver

Head Coach

Boys JV Baseball

Coach Seaver attended Keene High School for three years and Lisbon Regional High School for one. He played golf, soccer, basketball, and baseball.

Seaver was a member of Lisbon’s Class S State Runners-Up in baseball in 2003 and attended Plymouth State University from 2003-2007 where he majored in Physical Education Teacher Certification and minored in Health.

He graduated with a 3.43 grade-point average and was the vice-president of the Physical Education Honor Society, Phi Epsilon Kappa. Seaver enrolled in graduate studies at Plymouth State College where he graduated in August 2010 with a Masters of Education degree in Athletic Administration.

He played for Keene Senior Babe Ruth for four summers. He chose to start his coaching career as soon as he graduated high school.

From 2004-2007, he returned to Lisbon on a daily basis to be an assistant coach for the varsity baseball team. He was a large part of the teams four-consecutive Class S State Championships. He also took over the town’s summer baseball program for five years (2004-2009), winning back to back North Country Championships in his final two years after building up the program.

Seaver founded the Lisbon Senior Babe Ruth team that won two state National League division championships in 2010 and 2011. He has been the head coach for players that have gone on to play collegiately at Southern New Hampshire University, Franklin Pierce University, Plymouth State University, Rivier, New England College, Daniel Webster, New Hampshire Tech, New England College and Vermont Tech.

He is currently a physical education teacher at Bluff Elementary School in Claremont, N.H. He coaches the Stevens High School golf team, the Claremont Middle School boys basketball team, and he is also the head junior varsity baseball coach at Stevens High School. He is heading into his ninth year with the program.

He is a member at Lake Sunapee Country Club and Newport Country Club where he is a two-time club champion which speaks to his love of golf; so when the Stevens High School golf coach position opened up, he was compelled to apply. It was with regret that he had to relinquish his position as Claremont Middle School girls soccer coach, a position he held for eight years, leading the team to three first place finishes and two undefeated season.
